You can buy gift vouchers for your loved ones so that they can also shop at Hair Detective.
When you receive a gift voucher, you can enable your loved ones to shop with the code that will be shared with you.
Once your order is placed, it will ship within one to seven business day.
Orders placed Friday afternoon through Sunday or on holidays will be shipped on the next business day.
Please allow up to three business days for order processing during sale times and the holidays.
Standard shipping takes one to seven business days, depending on your location.
You can return the unused products in your order with their original packages within 14 days on our site by following the steps below.
Select the order you want to return from the “My Return Requests” list in the “My Account” field.
From the “Order Detail” page, click the “Return Request” button.
Complete your return shipment with Contracted Cargo with the customer code and return confirmation code displayed on the screen. Except for defective products, the shipping fee belongs to the sender for returns.
