When Will My Order Be Shipped?
The products you order are given to the courier company to be delivered to you within 1 to 5 working days (i.e. weekends and official holidays excluded) following the confirmation of your order. This period may be different during campaign times.
Which Courier Company Will Deliver My Order?
Your orders are delivered to your address by our contracted courier company Yurtiçi Kargo. The delivery terms are the terms provided by the courier company following the notification to be sent upon the order confirmation mail and may be up to ten (10) days. This term may be extended a maximum of ten (10) days provided that the recipient is notified in writing in advance or through data streaming.
In the regions where the courier company makes delivery once a week, in cases where there is misleading and incomplete delivery information, and in cases of some social incidents and acts of god, delays may occur. The Hair Detective may not be held liable for such delays. the Hair Detective Store may not be held liable for the extra courier fees that may arise from or in connection with the refusal of delivery by a third party to be specified by the recipient, errors in delivery information, and/or absence of the recipient. You are required to get a record created for delivery problems by contacting our Customer Service if the product(s) are not delivered to the recipient within the specified period.
In cases where the packages are damaged when delivered; such packages must not be accepted and the Courier Company’s employee must be procured to issue a report. In case the Courier Company’s employee thinks that the package is not damaged, the Recipient must request for the package to be opened to make sure that the products are delivered without damage and procure the Courier Company’s employee to issue a report to assess the situation. The Courier Company will be deemed to provide a complete service once the delivery of the package is accepted by the Recipient. If the damaged package is not accepted and a report is issued, such a situation must be reported to The Hair Detective Store immediately together with a copy of the report kept by the Recipient.

You can track your package under the “My Orders” menu after your order is entrusted to the courier service.
Your tracking link will be sent via e-mail and SMS once your order is delivered to the courier service.
